When you message us to arrange a trip on our fleet, which ranges from 33 ft to 164 ft, we process the information you provide in the chat. This includes your name, contact handle, requested date, charter duration, and specific preferences such as catering, water sports, or transfers. We do not ask for or store passport numbers or personal identification documents, as no passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. If you choose to pay the 30 per cent deposit required to confirm your date, payment records are processed securely to validate your booking.
Purpose of processing your data
We use your details exclusively to manage your reservation, arrange optional add-ons like fishing tackle or DJs, and coordinate your departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Your contact details allow us to send confirmation details and reply in the chat within 15 minutes during operating hours. If bad weather prevents sailing, we use your chat information to agree a new date or organize a full refund according to your preference. We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing calls or sell your records.
