Booking conditions

Pearl & Bow Charter Terms

These terms govern every private charter booked with Pearl & Bow across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats. All bookings operate under clear conditions regarding deposits, weather contingencies, inclusions, and guest arrangements, ensuring complete transparency before you depart from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour.

Securing Your Reservation

Every charter requires a minimum duration of 2 hours. To secure your chosen date and time, a 30% deposit is required. We do not hold calendar dates without this payment. All listed rates range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour and already include VAT. Hourly rates cover fuel, a licensed captain and crew, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. We manage all enquiries via WhatsApp, replying within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily.

Weather Policy and Schedule Adjustments

If weather conditions do not allow sailing on your booked day, we offer two direct options: we move your charter to another mutually agreed date via our chat, or we issue a full refund of your payment. The choice between rescheduling and receiving a refund rests entirely with you. To request any changes to your sailing schedule, message our team directly through the WhatsApp button on this page during our operating hours.

Guest Guidelines and Catering

Our vessels accommodate groups up to 90 guests, with lengths ranging from 33 to 164 feet. No passport or ID is needed to board. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and alcohol on board without any corkage fees. Optional additions such as catering, BBQ menus, bar service, water sports, DJ equipment, and decorations can be arranged upon request prior to departure.

Coverage and Guest Safety

Insurance coverage is included as standard within the charter price for all guests on board our yachts and boats. Safety equipment, including life jackets for all guests, is maintained and provided on every vessel alongside our licensed captain and crew. Additional requested activities, such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, and Seabobs, operate under standard onboard safety instructions provided by the crew.
