Crew and operational standards
Every charter is run by a fully licensed captain and professional crew employed to navigate and assist throughout the cruise. Fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets are included in the baseline hourly rate for every vessel. We operate daily from 9:00 to 23:00 GST, answering questions and confirming arrangements via WhatsApp within 15 minutes. Additional services such as catering, water sports, DJ equipment, fishing gear, or car transfers can be scheduled directly with our operations team before departure.
Vessel specifications and rental rates
Our fleet consists of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 to 164 feet in length, accommodating private gatherings of up to 90 guests. Rental rates range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, with all listed prices already including VAT. Charters require a minimum duration of two hours. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol, without paying any corkage fees. Optional add-ons such as jet skis, flyboards, Seabobs, and BBQ menus can be added upon request.
Direct booking and reservation process
We coordinate all charters via the WhatsApp button on this site, maintaining a 15-minute response time between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily. Securing a time slot requires a 30 percent deposit, as calendar dates are not held without this advance payment. Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed immediately. We finalise route preferences, catering choices, and optional water sports in the chat so everything is prepared before you arrive at the berth.
Departure locations and boarding
Our fleet is berthed at Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour, giving guests straightforward access to open water without transit delays. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Once your charter is confirmed, our team sends the exact berth number and boarding point via WhatsApp. If severe weather prevents sailing, we agree on a new date directly in the chat or issue a full refund, depending on what the guest prefers.
